BPSOLUTIONS nr.1 in Giarte IT Xperience monitor

As a newcomer, the Dutch Cloud & Managed Services Provider BPSOLUTIONS immediately took 1st place in most metrics in Giarte's prestigious IT Xperience Monitor, the annual, independent comparison of customer satisfaction in outsourcing relationships.

BPSOLUTIONS, an IT Service Provider that focuses on mission-critical IT, participated for the first time in the Giarte Xperience monitor and managed to secure this place because of the way in which they keep their IT up and running together with the customer.

Proof that our strategy works

BPSOLUTIONS has achieved the highest score on, among others, Customer Delight (92), Competencies (94), Customer Focus (93) and Satisfaction with Managed Services (9.2). “It's great to be judged in this way by your customers, that's what we do it for with the whole team,” says Mark de Groot, CEO of BPSOLUTIONS. “More than 2 years ago we sharpened our strategy and every day we build on our mission to make the world a little smarter. Unique performance

Giarte presented the results of the annual survey of the most important players in the Dutch IT market. The research maps the most important players within the IT sector in the Netherlands, providing insight into which players have which spearheads and how they are judged by their customers on their competencies and customer focus. This with the aim of improving the collaboration between both parties.

BPSOLUTIONS ensures that the mission critical IT of companies is and remains always up and running, and that companies are future-proof with Data & AI possibilities. “We often see that companies have a lot of data in-house and that a lot of data is available externally. But only by making sure that you know how you can really make the right data work for you, you can take those steps forward that will make a difference as a company," says Mark.
